Two divisions, built for the work that needs specialists
As M&IW grew, so did our breadth of expertise. Creative direction, corporate gifting, and enterprise strategy and technology each deserve people who focus on nothing else, so M&IW built two specialized divisions to do exactly that: Flow and Intent Strategy Group. Whether you partner with them as a standalone service or in conjunction with M&IW’s other solutions, they deliver the same level of excellence with the same commitment to lasting impact.

Some parts of an event need more depth than a generalist team can give them
A planning team that handles strategy, logistics, and onsite delivery well can still be the wrong group to ask for original creative concepts or enterprise-level strategy. Those disciplines require unique skills from people who specialize in them every day.
Creative needed its own discipline. A generalist events team can execute a strong creative brief. Creating the vision in the first place, the kind that makes a launch, conference, or incentive program feel distinct, calls for people who do that and only that. That is what Flow Creative Agency was built to provide.
Strategic Meetings Management needed its own discipline. Enterprise-level meeting and event technology, policy, reporting, and business intelligence require full-time expertise. That is what Intent Strategy Group was built to provide, allowing the rest of M&IW’s team to stay focused on the individual events.

The creative division
Flow is M&IW’s in-house creative agency, responsible for telling the story people remember long after an event ends. The team combines brand creation, graphic design, marketing and copywriting, multimedia production, and creative strategy to help organizations communicate with greater clarity and impact.
Flow also includes Flow Gifting, a specialized capability focused on gifting experiences, rewards technology, and gift sourcing. Flow Gifting helps organizations recognize employees, reward partners, celebrate milestones, and create memorable experiences that extend beyond the event itself.
Whether integrated into an existing event or delivered as a standalone initiative, Flow is the right starting point when a program’s success depends on the story being told.

The technology and consulting division
Intent Strategy Group (ISG) is M&IW’s Strategic Meetings Management consulting and technology division, covering meeting technology implementation, meeting policy and process optimization, third-party governance, and business intelligence and reporting.
ISG is the right starting point for organizations that need infrastructure more than a single event: a company standardizing meeting policy across regions, a customer that needs visibility and governance across dozens of meetings each year, or a team that wants meeting data to drive better business decisions.

Two divisions, one integrated team
Flow and Intent Strategy Group are not outside partners brought in after the fact. They are part of M&IW, and every engagement shares the same principles and the same commitment to delivering business value that lasts.
Whether a customer engages Flow, Intent Strategy Group, or the full M&IW team, the relationship remains consistent across engagements.

The facts, stated plainly

Yes. Flow Gifting is a specialized capability within Flow, focused on gifting experiences, rewards platforms, and engagement technology.
Q4Do M&IW's divisions operate independently from the rest of the company?
No. Both divisions operate as part of M&IW, working from the same account team as the rest of the organization.
Q5When should I contact M&IW instead of a specific division?
If you’re unsure where to start, begin with M&IW. Your account team will recommend the right specialists, whether that means Flow, Intent Strategy Group, or both.
