Caledonia, WI (October 21, 2025) — Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW), a global leader in event management, has been nominated for two 2026 SITE Crystal Awards. Both nominations are in the category of Excellence in Incentive Travel, one for Asia-Pacific and one for Europe. This category recognizes outstanding organizations for their work in creating and delivering an exceptional incentive travel program that resulted in a high return on investment ROI to the corporate end-user.
This marks M&IW’s third consecutive year receiving a nomination. The company previously won the 2025 SITE Crystal Award for Most Creative Solution Deployed to Overcome Adversity.

The awards are aimed at incentive travel professionals all over the world. Winners represent excellence in their profession and offer inspirational examples of how incentive travel experiences benefit qualifiers, their companies, and the destinations where they are hosted.

Excellence in Incentive Travel: Asia-Pacific
An M&IW customer enlisted the company to reward 57 President’s Club members with a five-day, four-night trip to Bali, Indonesia, in four months’ time.
The M&IW team intentionally incorporated and highlighted Balinese culture throughout the program which included customized tours, immersive performances, and integrated cultural experiences throughout the trip.
The resulting feedback was overwhelmingly positive: One attendee said it was the “best President’s Club ever,” with others adding it was “the best week of my life” and “an amazing experience I’ll never forget.”
“Despite the short planning timeframe, we executed a trip unlike any other,” said Angie Gross, CIS, HMCC, Customer Success Lead, M&IW. “Our client and attendees still talk about their incredible experience.”
Excellence in Incentive Travel: Europe
Select subsidiary brands of AF Group partnered with M&IW to reward their top agents with the Sicily Incentive Trip. The unique program was highly personalized thanks to an emphasis on “unreasonable hospitality,” which is the concept of going above and beyond to create exceptional experiences for others.
The M&IW team integrated this concept in several ways, such as curating onsite gifts based on attendees’ interests and personal experiences. In another example, “Taste of Taormina” was a choose-your-own-adventure tour using prepaid vouchers for hidden gems in local dining, shopping, and sightseeing. This allowed attendees to create their own authentic experience onsite.
The M&IW team worked to create and deliver a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Based on the average attendee rating of 9.9 out of 10, they succeeded. “The attention to detail was unbelievable,” said one attendee. “Every little touch just made the experience fantastic.”
